Problem
Event seat selection breaks under concurrency — without synced holds, two people can grab the same seat at once.
Approach
- Real-time, concurrency-aware seat selection with server-synced holds, expiry countdowns, and contiguous-block selection logic.
- 9 payment gateways (Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal, FlutterWave, and more), e-ticket PDF + QR generation, Firebase Firestore chat.
Result
Seat holds sync in real time with visible expiry countdowns, so a seat someone else is holding can't be double-booked mid-browse.
