Problem
Home healthcare needed one place for patients to book, video-consult, and pay a doctor — instead of three disconnected tools.
Approach
- Built a full-stack telemedicine platform with 90+ REST APIs, real-time doctor-patient chat (Socket.IO + Firebase FCM), and Agora video calling.
- Multi-gateway payments (Razorpay, Stripe, FlutterWave) with subscription plans, doctor wallets, and withdrawal workflows.
- Modeled a 59-collection MongoDB schema; built a Next.js 14 admin panel (TypeScript, Redux Toolkit, ApexCharts, AWS S3).
Result
A single platform where a patient books, video-calls, and pays a doctor, and the doctor manages appointments, wallet payouts, and reporting end to end.
