hrdesk — payroll & attendance (UI concept)
Problem
Manual attendance and payroll runs don't scale — geo-spoofed check-ins, missed payslips, and RBAC gaps are common failure points.
Approach
- Async payroll engine (BullMQ + Redis), geo-tagged attendance with OpenStreetMap reverse-geocoding, AES-256 JWT auth, and RBAC middleware.
- Real-time Socket.IO notifications, Puppeteer PDF payslips, and ExcelJS bulk import/export.
Result
Attendance is geo-verified against real coordinates, payroll runs asynchronously without blocking the API, and payslips/exports generate on schedule.
